Job Summary
Sales Executive responsible for driving growth and profitability within an assigned target market. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing prospective clients through networking, cold calling, lead generation, and industry events; building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline from initial contact through contract negotiation and closing; delivering tailored proposals and presentations; leading negotiations on services, terms, and pricing; ensuring 100% CRM activity for leads and opportunities; collaborating with team members to achieve department and company goals; developing relationships with key decision-makers and influencers; staying informed on market trends and competitive landscape; maintaining self-motivation to achieve long selling cycles and contributing to cross-functional collaboration to enhance client experiences.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 3+ years of business-to-business consultative sales experience selling a service
- 1-3 years of selling to Human Resources – Preferred
