Job Summary
Responsible for achieving the Service Sales New Business order entry target within the targeted profit margin; drives the New Business Service Sales funnel and supports the Service Sales New Business Manager/Engineers; negotiates and closes New Business Service sales by agreeing terms and conditions; delivers quotations, provides proactive customer service, and maintains long-term relationships for New Business Service; may perform occasional customer visits and assist in post-sale implementation and reporting; supports data and reports on departmental performance for management review.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in service sales or technical sales preferred
- Ability to interpret customer requirements and prepare quotations
- Negotiation and closing of service sales
- Account management and customer relationship development
- Project coordination or management experience beneficial
