Job Summary
Sales Executive TIC role focused on planning sales strategy and maintaining an ongoing plan to prioritize a portfolio of accounts while nurturing relationships throughout the year. Interfaces with customers primarily remotely (video, phone, email) to promote and sell UL products and services. Uses technical credibility to build relationships with buyers and centers of influence. Drives the sales process end-to-end under guidance, leveraging support from Sales Support Specialists and Inside Sales Executives. Follows up on renewals where applicable, explores opportunities to sell specialty products/services, and qualifies new logo prospects from inbound/outbound channels. Supports discovery, opportunity identification, proposals, and closing for core UL products/services, leveraging engineers when needed. Creates and maintains a pipeline of new logo prospects, transitions closed sales to fulfillment teams, and contributes to multi-year account plans within TIC. Works with GAMs/SAMs and remaining account managers to identify growth opportunities and provides information on potential opportunities during account planning. Resides in MI (Auburn Hills area) and interfaces with customers primarily remotely.
