Job Summary
Sales Executive, Surgical in Charlotte, NC responsible for driving sales growth of KARL STORZ surgical products across multiple specialties; conduct consultative sales across hospitals, surgery centers, clinics, and physician offices; develop and maintain annual sales plans, forecasts, and customer records; provide post-sale training, product demonstrations, and resolve customer issues; identify and pursue new business opportunities while supporting company promotions; travel up to 100% and manage relationships with nurses, physicians, sterile processing, supply chain, and other decision-makers; base salary with commission and bonus, plus full benefits; Bachelor's degree or 4–6 years of B2B sales experience preferred; willingness to travel and prior KARL STORZ experience is a plus.
