Job Summary
Sales Executive responsible for achieving revenue targets through retention, expansion and growth of clients, prospecting and closing new business relationships. Develop and maintain account plans to penetrate and grow, manage day-to-day client activity with cross-functional teams to implement software and solutions, respond to client queries, develop winning value propositions aligned to account priorities, build relationships with executive influencers to anticipate developments and provide relevant solutions, and drive high post-sales customer satisfaction through proactive service to enable repeat business.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Sales or any other relevant field
- 3+ years of sales and/or account management experience
- Experience selling and ensuring customer success with data and/or technology solutions.
- Strong sales and service management process/organizational skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
