Job Summary
Convert leads into opportunities and customers by utilizing the Aptia sales process and leveraging specialized knowledge of employee benefits technology. Strategize and foster relationships with prospect leadership across mid-market and enterprise organizations to uncover opportunities aligned with client business processes. Deliver compelling solution-focused presentations to C-level audiences and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience. Consistently achieve monthly bookings goals while maintaining in-depth knowledge of industry trends and competition. Manage the sales pipeline, record activities in CRM, and provide closed-loop feedback to Sales, Marketing, and Product teams. Preference will be given to candidates based in or closely aligned with the U.S. South Territory.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven quota-carrying sales success in the HCM, HealthTech, or SaaS industries
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and effectively apply knowledge of technical products, services, and solutions
- Proven track record in consultative sales role
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with both mid-level and C-suite executives
- Ability to build consensus within the buying team
- Strong presentation, collaboration, and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain a results-driven, positive attitude
- Broad understanding of the employee benefits technology and services space
- Consultative and strategic approach to uncover and leverage opportunities that align with the business processes of their clients
- Ability to apply the specialized knowledge and approach of Aptia
- Preference for candidates based in or closely aligned with the U.S. South Territory
