Job Summary
As a Sales Executive at VTrips, you will identify and prospect potential property owners to list properties in the vacation rental portfolio, deliver sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and build long-term relationships with owners. You will collaborate with Marketing to develop sales strategies, stay informed on market trends, and aim to meet or exceed sales targets. The role offers a base salary of $50,000 plus commissions, along with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) with company match, PTO, holidays, employee discounts on vacation rentals, and professional development opportunities. Responsibilities include prospecting new owners, negotiating contracts, maintaining owner relationships, addressing concerns, and supporting the team to drive growth. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or related field, proven sales success (preferably in vacation rental or real estate), strong negotiation and closing skills, excellent communication, self-motivation, CRM proficiency, and a valid driver’s license.
