Job Summary
Drive new business opportunities and own full sales cycle from prospecting to closing for mid-market safety, HR, and risk leaders; outbound prospecting including cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn messaging, and other lead-generation strategies; manage prospect-to-close cycle; service your own book of accounts and build lasting client relationships; achieve a monthly quota of 120,000 dollars in new revenue during ramp; maintain activity metrics (min 20 daily activities, target one set per day); collaborate with sales leadership on strategy, pipeline development, and continuous improvement; participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of B2B sales experience
- Experience selling into Safety, HR, or Risk decision makers at mid-market companies (250 to 500 employees ideal)
- Hunter mentality with strong prospecting skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Located in or willing to relocate to the Houston, TX metro area
