Job Summary
Respond to inbound inquiries and qualify leads in both Spanish and English while conducting outbound outreach via email, phone, and social media. Follow up consistently with prospects to move them through the pipeline, coordinate meetings, and assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals. Manage CRM systems like GHL or HubSpot to track lead activity, update deal stages, and generate simple pipeline reports. Conduct prospect research to identify new opportunities and maintain organized databases. Work during EST or PST business hours in a remote setting, leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and communication efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
- Minimum English proficiency level: B2+ (Upper-Intermediate) or higher
- At least 6 months of previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or lead generation
- Availability during EST / PST business hours
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Professional and results-driven mindset

- Fluent in AI tools usage — comfortable leveraging AI to enhance productivity, draft communications, and optimize sales workflows
- Experience using CRM platforms (GHL, Mindbody, Marianatek, or similar)
- Experience working with U.S. or Latin American clients
