Job Summary
Visit a variety of stores across your territory to build relationships with store managers and teams. Ensure products are fully stocked, set up eye-catching displays and promotions, and fix gaps on shelves while spotting sales opportunities. Use mobile apps to report activity and share insights daily. This hands-on field role covers Colchester, Stanway, Ipswich, Felixstowe and surrounds for major grocery chains including Asda, Sainsbury's, Morrisons, Boots, and B&M. You will run your own territory with full training provided, supported by a high-performing team within Smollan.
Required Qualifications
- Confident, friendly, and self-motivated
- Comfortable talking to a wide range of people
- Organised and good at managing your own time
- Happy working independently in a field-based role
- Basic confidence using apps on your phone
