Job Summary
Sales Executive at The Milner York, part of RBH, driving revenue across all market segments by proactively identifying new business opportunities and managing an allocated portfolio of corporate and LNR accounts. Responsibilities include securing new business, maintaining client relationships for long-term retention, responding to corporate RFPs, negotiating annual rate agreements, managing re-contracting to meet KPIs, supporting new business pipeline, analyzing local market trends, hosting client visits and representing the hotel at events, and ensuring accurate Salesforce records. Requires at least one year of sales experience in hospitality or a service-led environment, knowledge of corporate/conference market segments, strong organizational and communication skills, and a proactive, commercially-minded approach to winning business; a full UK driving licence is essential.

- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- A full UK driving licence
- Experience with Salesforce and Opera or Opera Cloud would be advantageous
