Make outbound calls to existing clients to promote products and services, understanding their trading styles to recommend suitable options trading solutions. Gain strong product knowledge to tailor offerings effectively and communicate value propositions that address client needs while consistently achieving monthly revenue and sales targets. Maintain accurate CRM updates and timely follow-ups for all engagements. This role focuses on an organic client base with no cold calling, supported by continuous stock market training and a high-earning incentive structure where 80% of the team earns incentives up to 200% of CTC.
