Job Summary
Private Client Sales Executive responsible for identifying, prospecting, cultivating, and closing new personal lines and private client relationships with high-net-worth individuals and families. Develop relationships with affluent clients, family offices, wealth managers, and referral partners; deliver sophisticated personal insurance solutions including home, auto, umbrella, valuables, and specialty coverages; leverage World’s platform to coordinate access to employee benefits, retirement planning, and other resources; manage and grow a personal lines book of business; utilize CRM tools (HubSpot) for tracking sales activity and accountability; provide tailored risk management strategies aligned with clients’ lifestyles, assets, and goals.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience advising clients on personal lines insurance, particularly for affluent or high-net-worth individuals
- Demonstrated ability to position yourself as a trusted risk management advisor and long-term relationship partner
- Willingness to bring the full World platform to each client when appropriate, collaborating with internal specialists to enhance client outcomes
- Active and maintained insurance licenses from day one of employment, enabling management of an existing or developing book of business
