Focuses on outbound prospecting, complex deal management across SMB and MM opportunities, and driving regional strategy in a hybrid in-person/remote setup. Must be based near North American hubs, with relocation support available; compensation includes base salary, commissions, and stock options. AI fluency is embedded in daily workflows and training materials.
Required Qualifications
- 4–6 years of active B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS or travel tech
- Experience in the North American corporate travel industry or travel management space
- Coaching, role-play facilitation, or sales training experience
- Hands-on experience building training materials (decks, videos, enablement resources)
- Comfort with AI-powered sales tools and a genuine curiosity about how technology can improve team performance
- Proven ability to manage complex deals across multiple segments
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to lead and coach a team of Account Executives (3–5) and drive regional strategy
