Job Summary
Sales Executive - Outdoor Account Management role focused on strengthening client relationships and driving new business in Malacca. Responsibilities include promoting products/services, meeting sales targets, maintaining market knowledge, managing day-to-day sales activities (proposals, service agreements, prospecting, market development, handling complaints), coordinating with internal teams, ensuring SOP compliance and timely collections, visiting clients for presentations and premises inspections, and collaborating with Sales and Service colleagues on joint visits. Requires Diploma in related discipline, strong sales track record, effective relationship-building, on-site work capability, valid driving license and own vehicle, and multilingual communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. The role emphasizes on-site client visits, inspections, and close collaboration with the sales team to achieve targets and provide excellent customer service.
