Job Summary
As a Sales Executive for Oscar Health, drive membership growth by identifying and qualifying distribution partners (brokers/agencies) and/or leads, ensuring brokers understand and can sell our health insurance products. You will research potential targets, reach out via phone, email, and social media, qualify needs, collaborate with marketing on campaigns, maintain CRM records, and represent Oscar at events. Travel up to 50% is expected, with a blend of home-office work and in-person meetings. Requirements include healthcare sales experience, ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, active insurance licensure or within 90 days, bilingual English/Spanish, proficiency with Salesforce is a bonus, and a willingness to travel and participate in events.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of healthcare industry experience in a sales role or sales organization
- 2+ years of experience presenting and communicating with stakeholders at all levels
- Must be a licensed insurance professional or obtain within the first 90 days
- Bi-lingual - Must be fluent in both English & Spanish
