Job Summary
Sales Executive focused on the North Bay & Humboldt region driving new business and retention for Western Health Advantage. Build and strengthen relationships with insurance brokers, employer groups, and community partners; lead onboarding, renewals, and enrollment activities; present plans and educate stakeholders on offerings; develop targeted proposals, negotiate sales strategies, and monitor market trends to drive membership growth. Strong consultative sales, relationship management, and negotiation skills are required, with experience navigating complex benefit plans and sales cycles. Must hold an active California Life Agent license prior to employment and bring 5+ years of relevant experience; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Active California Life Agent License (Life-Only Agent and Accident and Health Agent) required prior to employment
- 5+ years of experience in sales, health insurance, employee benefits, or related field
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
