Job Summary
Sales Executive for New Equipment in EMEA & APAC responsible for selling company products and services to new and existing customers. Key duties include preparing customer proposals with pricing and terms, providing technical assistance for manufacturing, installation and field problems, forecasting for assigned accounts and territories, identifying market and product opportunities, coordinating with sales leaders to meet quarterly/yearly goals, cultivating sales leads, negotiating terms and pricing, coordinating with major equipment and modifications teams, ensuring customer satisfaction through support and presentations, coordinating with other departments, conducting pre- and post-install seminars, traveling to customers, and participating in risk reviews. Requires strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and CRM/CPQ skills; fluency in English; willingness to travel 50%+; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 7-8 years of relevant sales experience; knowledge of tissue converting, folding or Personal Care industries is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 7-8 years demonstrated experience in OEM sales / field sales, sales engineering, or equivalent experience
- Tissue converting, folding or Personal Care industry experience is a plus
- Availability to travel more than 50% of the time, including extended periods
