Job Summary
Sales Executive responsible for retaining, acquiring, penetrating and innovating with food service distributors in alignment with brand strategy. Manage key account operations and maintain relationships with clients, technical and operational teams. Lead industrial trials, validate product performance under production conditions, support formulation adjustments based on in-line performance, identify growth opportunities within existing accounts, and monitor forecasts, order fulfillment, risks, and business performance through regular reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering, Food Science, or similar
- 4 years of experience in technical sales focused on meat products
- Strong technical and operational knowledge of food industry processes, product functionality, industrial trials, and customer implementation
- Understanding of key account management, cross-functional coordination, forecasting, supply chain, and problem-solving in manufacturing environments
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with customers, distributors, and cross-functional teams
