Job Summary
Sales Executive role in Belgium focusing on building and expanding opportunities in the building and infrastructure sectors. Responsibilities include identifying new business within accounts, developing relationships with key stakeholders and C-level executives, applying an outcome-based selling approach, delivering engaging presentations, closing deals and negotiating contracts, monitoring market trends, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing CRM to maintain a robust pipeline. The ideal candidate should have a technical background in building/infrastructure, strong consultative selling skills, fluency in Dutch and French with English proficiency, a hunter mentality coupled with team spirit, and the ability to articulate how our software solutions meet clients’ strategic objectives. The position is full-time, hybrid with home working, based in Lokeren (Belgium), serving four Belgian branches, and part of an international group with a competitive salary package and additional benefits.
