Job Summary
Sales Executive role focusing on implementing and coordinating operational capabilities for Mondelēz's sales team. Responsibilities include coordinating route planning, system capabilities, and tools management; initiating customer and employee master data changes for sales; supporting organizational realignments for master data and administrative processes; aiding in the revision/development of sales policies and administrative processes; testing system implementations with sales and internal/external partners; and identifying opportunities to simplify/master data. Requires 1-3 years in sales, account management, or commercial support, with knowledge of sales systems (including SAP) and MS Excel, plus strong communication and problem-solving skills. Education required: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field. Travel may be required. A proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented mindset with integrity is valued.
