Sales Executive Middle East

Job Summary
Develop and grow a portfolio of local Middle East accounts through proactive sales activities, generating new business while maximizing existing account production. Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and networking events to negotiate preferred agreements and commercial partnerships. Manage day-to-day enquiries from travel partners and corporate clients, ensuring prompt responses in line with luxury service standards. Prepare bespoke quotations, proposals, and account development plans in collaboration with Reservations and Revenue Management. Monitor outstanding enquiries daily, coordinate VIP requests and room upgrades, and assist with last-minute bookings in a fast-paced environment. Act as the first point of contact for key accounts when the Director of Sales is unavailable. Accommodate GCC business hours, including occasional evening and weekend work to support client needs and peak trading periods.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum two years' experience in luxury hotel sales or business development
- Knowledge of GCC and Middle East travel markets
- Strong negotiation, presentation and relationship-management skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Experience with Opera Cloud, CRM and Microsoft Office
- Commercially driven and results focused
- Professional, polished and culturally aware
- Excellent communicator and relationship builder
- Self-motivated with strong organisational skills
- Travel within London required to attend client meetings, networking events, roadshows and luxury travel exhibitions
- Flexibility in working hours
- Accommodate GCC business hours when required
- Occasional evening and weekend work to support client needs, market-specific events and peak trading periods
