Job Summary
Sales Executive at Marriott Sales & Marketing team responsible for maximizing revenue through sales techniques including up-selling and handling guest reservations by phone, fax, or mail. Tasks include processing Marriott Rewards points, entering guest information into software, answering guest questions, and maintaining professional communication. Supports management in training and motivating staff, upholding company policies and confidentiality, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Performs general office duties (filing, emails, typing, faxing) and assists with successful teamwork to meet quality standards. Duties also include handling guest requests, recognizing loyalty rewards, and ensuring accurate documentation. Must be able to move and lift objects up to 10 pounds and maintain professional appearance and language.
