Job Summary
As a Sales Executive at LoopNet, you will develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies for commercial real estate clients. This role involves building long-lasting customer relationships through consultative sales methods, driving new business development, and leveraging proprietary analytics tools to showcase the efficacy of advertising solutions. You will collaborate with internal teams to enhance sales revenue and gain subject matter expertise in digital advertising strategies. You should have a minimum of 4 years of B2B sales experience, a Bachelor's degree, and a track record of exceeding sales quotas.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of successful full-cycle sales and account management experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment selling CRE, digital advertising, marketing solutions, AdTech, PropTech, FinTech, financial securities, business intelligence or data & analytics
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited not-for-profit in-person University or College
- Demonstration of commitment to prior employers
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas in an environment that emphasizes customer experience
- Candidates must possess a current and valid driver’s license
- Satisfactory completion of a Driving Record/Driving Abstract check prior to start
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Commercial Real Estate
- Success in building long-term relationships and business partnerships at a senior/C-Suite level
- Ability to analyze data, build out reporting and make strategic recommendations based on market data, trends, and performance metrics
- Self-starter who can work within a team environment and independently
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing situations at a high-growth company
- Regular and consistent access to an operational motor vehicle prior to or by start date
