Job Summary
Sell luxury automotive vehicles for Ferrari Dallas by guiding customers through the full sales process from initial engagement to delivery; conduct vehicle demonstrations, test drives, and walkarounds; build and maintain relationships to drive repeat and referral business; coordinate with finance, service, and management to ensure smooth transactions; maintain accurate customer records in CRM, stay current on product Knowledge, pricing, incentives, and competitive offerings; achieve monthly and annual sales targets; assist in inventory management and ensure compliance with dealership and manufacturer standards; provide excellent follow-up to guarantee high levels of customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years automotive luxury sales experience preferred
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for luxury service
- CRM experience preferred
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
