Job Summary
Conduct initial consultations with potential clients to assess needs and educate them on estate planning and elder law services. Build rapport and trust while guiding prospects through the decision-making process to lead them toward informed choices about protecting assets and securing their legacy. Consistently meet or exceed sales goals by delivering exceptional service and working closely with attorneys to ensure seamless client transitions from consultation to legal planning. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up effectively to maximize conversions while representing the firm with professionalism and a client-first mindset.
Required Qualifications
- A high level of empathy and strong relationship-building skills
- At least 5 years of sales experience
- Prior experience in customer service
- A track record of successfully closing deals and exceeding sales goals
- Strong communication and persuasion skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, relatable way
- The ability to relate to diverse clients and tailor solutions to meet their needs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
- A professional, positive demeanor with the ability to show tact, empathy, and diplomacy
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- The ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Must be willing to travel within West Virginia and southeastern Ohio
Desired Qualifications
- preferably in a consultative or high-value sales environment
- 5+ years preferred
- Experience in the elder care or legal services industry
- A Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
