Job Summary
Identify and source potential buyer accounts, then reach out to new prospects in-person at customer locations to fact find, generate leads, and close sales. Liaise with internal teams to secure fulfillment, build and maintain client relationships, and respond to enquiries to ensure satisfaction. Manage late payments by arranging collections and drive customer resolution through relevant departments. Meet individual sales targets while maintaining strong communication skills in Mandarin and other dialects. Own transportation for door-to-door visits across various Singapore zones.
Required Qualifications
- Proven work experience as any form of sales position or relevant roles
- Highly performance driven
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in multiple languages and dialects
- Own (bikes and cars) transportation
- Mandarin
- Malaysian Citizens
Desired Qualifications
- Immune to customer rejections
- English major preferred
