Job Summary
Full-cycle sales role managing the complete process from initial contact to client activation. Generate meetings with potential customers using multiple outreach channels; engage with a wide range of stakeholders (C-Levels, HR Directors, Office Managers, Travel Managers) to understand and solve pain points; lead negotiations through to go-live; act as the main point of contact with the client before handing over to Customer Success; forecast revenue and contracts monthly to maintain visibility into the deal pipeline. Requires 3+ years selling into medium-large companies, strong outbound/prospecting skills (especially cold-calling), fluency in English and Italian, and a proactive, flexible mindset to thrive in a fast-changing environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of successful track record selling into medium-large companies
- Excellent level of English and native Italian
- Strong experience in outbound prospecting, especially cold-calling
- No excuses attitude; hunger and proactivity
- Ability to work in a fast-changing environment with flexibility
- Full-cycle sales experience from first contact to client activation
- Ability to engage with diverse stakeholders (C-Levels, HR Directors, Office Managers, Travel Managers) to solve pain points
- Experience negotiating contracts up to go-live and acting as main POC before handover to Customer Success
