Job Summary
MDU Wi-Fi Licensing Sales Executive role in Boston, leading licensing opportunities with property owners/managers for premier fixed wireless Internet solutions in multi-dwelling unit buildings. Responsibilities include lead generation (cold calling, door-to-door outreach, marketing initiatives), market analysis, building relationships with real estate developers and decision-makers, product knowledge demonstrations, delivering sales presentations, negotiating contracts for licensing agreements, and maintaining an active sales pipeline while collaborating with internal teams to tailor solutions for MDU clients. Ideal candidates show an outgoing, confident demeanor, strong communication skills, resilience to rejection, entrepreneurial drive, and the ability to work independently. Prior experience in sales, real estate, or technology is a plus. Full-Time schedule, 8 AM–5 PM, Boston-based or nearby preferred. Base salary $42,500–$58,500 with uncapped commission potential and benefits including PTO, health insurance, and 401K matching.
