Job Summary
Identify and close new business opportunities in the packaging/manufacturing space; build strong, long-term client relationships in food & beverage, health & beauty, and spirits; conduct in-person and virtual client meetings to present solutions; negotiate contracts and formalize sales relationships; track sales results, analyze data, and propose improvements; represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events; collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction; travel frequently within Colorado. Requires 5+ years of sales experience with a hunter mindset, proven ability to build portfolios from scratch, and strong communication, negotiation, and data analysis skills. Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of sales experience (packaging or manufacturing preferred)
- Experience selling folding cartons, packaging, or related products strongly preferred
- Willingness to travel frequently within Colorado (some U.S. travel)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
