Sales Executive (Industrial Supply)

Job Summary
Identify and acquire new customers through active prospecting, arrange sales presentations, and build strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Follow up with inactive customers to generate repeat business while achieving monthly sales and visit targets. Prepare sales reports and provide market feedback to support business growth. The client specializes in industrial fasteners and hardware solutions serving construction, manufacturing, automotive, oil & gas, EPC, agriculture, and industrial maintenance sectors. Male candidates are preferred with a minimum of one year of experience in sales or the fastener industry.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sales Executive, preferably in the fastener, hardware, industrial, or related industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Target-oriented with a proactive approach to sales
- Able to work independently and manage customer visits effectively
- Willing to travel for customer visits and business meetings
