Sales Executive

Sales Executive Trainee at Marriott Vacations Worldwide. Typical duties include answering Owners' questions about property use and location amenities, making recommendations from discovery data, following up on referrals from Owners, fulfilling requests for pricing, property maps, descriptions, and portfolio information, and contacting Owners to monitor satisfaction and develop business opportunities (e.g., reloads, referrals). Maintain records of customer contacts to support effective follow-up; guest experience and company standards include welcoming guests and addressing their needs, collaborating with colleagues, and contributing to team goals.
