Senior Sales Executive role in Indonesia focusing on building pipeline, engaging customers, and driving new business opportunities across mid-market and enterprise segments. Required Qualifications

  • 4–8 years of B2B sales experience
  • Background in HRMS, Payroll, SaaS, ERP, or outsourcing solutions preferred
  • Experience in pipeline generation and customer engagement
  • Exposure to managing or supporting full sales cycles
  • Proven ability to build relationships with business stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently
  • Good understanding of Indonesia business environment
