Job Summary
Senior Sales professional to drive new business growth in Malaysia. Key responsibilities include driving new customer acquisition across Malaysia, building and managing a strong sales pipeline, owning the full sales cycle from discovery to closing, engaging senior HR/Finance/Payroll stakeholders, collaborating with partners (BPOs, system integrators) to co-sell opportunities, and achieving revenue targets. Requires 6–12 years of B2B sales experience with a background in HRMS, Payroll, SaaS, or outsourcing solutions, and proven ability to manage full sales cycles independently.
