Job Summary

Sales Executive – Groups role based at Melbourne Head Office. Win new group travel business through proactive prospecting and conversion, own the full sales cycle, and build a strong revenue-driving pipeline across education, sport, corporate, MICE, leisure and special interest markets. Drive incremental revenue growth through acquisition of new Groups customers, identify and convert opportunities, lead end-to-end sales cycle (discovery → solution → negotiation → close), generate leads via prospecting and industry events, and build relationships with decision-makers to position Jetstar’s value proposition. Partner with internal teams to deliver seamless group travel solutions and represent Jetstar at industry forums, trade shows, and customer events.
