Job Summary

Sales Executive for Riskonnect’s GRC portfolio in North America. Responsible for generating new product and services revenue, targeting Fortune 1,000 prospects, and collaborating with a Sales Engineer to understand client requirements and deliver solutions. Drives the full sales cycle from plan development to closing, including demonstrations to C-level executives, contract negotiations, and achieving quarterly revenue goals. Requires overnight travel (20-30%), strong relationship-building with executives across Risk Management, Information Security, IT, Compliance, and Internal Audit, and a proven track record in enterprise software sales. The role operates within Riskonnect’s Integrated Risk Management suite and is supported by Marketing, Product Management, Client Services, Support, and Professional Services teams.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
  • 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience, preferably in Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC)
  • Thorough understanding of enterprise software sales and a demonstratable ability to articulate business value
  • Skilled communicator and relationship builder; Trusted client contributor
  • Highly organized with the ability to track activities, opportunities, and contacts within Salesforce on a daily basis
  • Proactive problem-solver with strong business acumen, solid sales approach, proven closing ability, and the ability to build an iron-clad business case
  • A track record of exceeding Sales targets
  • Knowledge of GRC and/or IRM a plus
  • Proven track record of enterprise software sales success, with demonstrated career progression, sustained performance, and meaningful tenure within previous organizations
