Sales Executive

Job Summary
Secure and maintain service accounts and repair work, develop relationships with new and existing customers to meet annual revenue goals, and possibly secure new installation and modernization sales. Responsibilities include working with customers to identify needs, creating solutions, preparing repair job proposals and service contract bids, maintaining records of sales activities, visiting project sites within the assigned territory, and collaborating with operations to meet customer deadlines. Key skills include customer relationship management, proposal development, estimating labor and costs, knowledge of company's products and elevator code requirements, and the ability to travel locally (60%).
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s in related
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in related
- Requires a valid driver’s license
- Local Travel Expectations: 60%
