Job Summary
Develop and execute strategies to drive business by converting existing clients and generating new business development. Coordinate with shipping lines, network partners, and the inhouse operations team for day-to-day operations. Maintain continuous focus on customer service and ensure on-time responses to all inquiries. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 1-3 years of sales experience in ocean/sea freight forwarding, and proficiency in Thai and English. Chinese language skills are an added advantage. Based in Bangkok, this role supports the company's growth within the shipping and NVOCC industry.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
- Min 1-3 years' of Sales Experience in OCEAN/SEA Freight Forwarding / Shipping or NVOCC Industry
- Thai and English - written and verbal communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Added advantage if can speak & read Chinese language
- Good Relationship with freight forwarding companies and Shipping Lines and have good customer base
