Job Summary
Sales Executive is responsible for selling the hotel’s products and services to individual accounts, prospecting and selling in accordance with the marketing plan, and ensuring quotas are met. The role focuses on building and maintaining client relationships, negotiating to maximize revenue while satisfying client needs, maintaining a current customer database, and coordinating with other department heads to ensure guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include following up on sales calls, developing and pursuing new business, and producing clear, effective sales correspondence, backed by strong English and Chinese communication skills and a customer-focused hospitality mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Preferably luxury hotel brand experience
- Reading, writing and oral proficiency in English and Chinese
- Ability to prospect, solicit, sell and confirm business to meet individual goals
- Ability to make telephone and personal sales calls on accounts
- Negotiation skills to maximize revenue while meeting client needs
- Ability to sell all hotel products and services
- Maintain relationships with key accounts and develop new business
- Proficiency with CRM and customer databases
- Ability to coordinate with other department heads to ensure guest satisfaction
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Team player with service orientation
- Computer proficiency including word processing and spreadsheets
