Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of Merchant Acquiring Sales experience handling payment processing solutions in a quota carrying environment
  • 8+ years of successful new business generation and solution selling experience, with a deep understanding of market dynamics, challenges, trends, and operations in the merchant payment processing space
  • 8+ years of experience navigating complex, matrix organizations and leading cross-functional initiatives, with a client-focused approach and proven success in enhancing the client experience
  • 8+ years of experience in influence and negotiation skills, accompanied by a solid understanding of industry processes and compliance regulations
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience
  • Availability to travel domestically up to 60%
