Job Summary
Sales Executive role in Farnborough focusing on new homes sales within a development for over-60s living. Responsibilities include proactively contacting interested customers, advising on apartment purchases and lifestyle, building strong customer relationships from enquiry to move-in, achieving sales targets and budgeted prices, understanding the site, showing apartments from a show home centre, coordinating with onsite Marketing, Customer Relations, Construction teams, offsite agents, solicitors, and progressing sales to completion. The role requires independent work, excellent interpersonal and relationship skills, proactive sales and marketing approach, professional selling, and IT database experience.
