Job Summary
Manage individual sales activities, including prospecting, pitching, and closing deals for Recode World's event spaces and services. Handle day-to-day tasks such as follow-ups, client meetings, and maintaining sales records in Zoho CRM. Develop direct relationships with clients, address inquiries, and provide tailored solutions while negotiating sales terms within predefined guidelines. Identify new clients using event industry knowledge and collaborate with marketing on campaigns to drive engagement. Stay informed about market trends and share insights to support overall sales strategies. Prepare basic reports on individual sales performance and update progress regularly. Work closely with team members to share leads and support collective goals.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, especially Zoho CRM
- Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and sales software
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients and effectively present sales pitches
- General understanding of the event industry, including client needs and market trends
- Ability to identify potential sales opportunities within the event sector
- Quick thinker with the ability to address challenges and find solutions in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptable and flexible, capable of adjusting strategies based on client feedback
- Strong attention to detail in managing CRM data, sales documentation, and client communications
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- High energy and enthusiasm for sales, with a drive to succeed and achieve targets
- Genuine interest in the event industry and the services offered by Recode World
- Arabic and English (Bilingual)
