Job Summary
Sales Executive Energy responsible for developing pipeline in French-speaking Switzerland, managing long B2B sales cycles (6–12 months), selling hardware sensors and SaaS platforms, building value around energy performance and ESG, leading negotiations and closing deals, and collaborating with technical, project, and operations teams. Requires proven experience in SaaS/tech sales, strong communication and negotiation, fluent French and professional English, and the ability to be based in Switzerland or travel regularly within Switzerland. Role is hybrid/in-person with a base in Lausanne (Vaud, CH) and involves engaging decision-makers such as real estate owners and asset managers to drive market growth.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales
- Experience selling SaaS and/or technology solutions
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Fluent French and professional English
- Based in Switzerland or willing to travel regularly within Switzerland
