Job Summary
Sales Executive (Client Advisor) focused on identifying, prospecting, cultivating, and closing new commercial insurance and employee benefits clients; engage in all sales and marketing tactics with strong corporate marketing support; track activities in HubSpot; leverage World’s platform to provide risk management solutions across traditional commercial lines, high net worth/private client, employee benefits, retirement plans, and payroll/HRO outsourcing; must maintain relevant insurance licenses from day one; strong relationship-building and presentation skills expected; compensation includes base salary plus commissions.
Required Qualifications
- Must have proven experience with a range of insurance solutions to bring value to clients
- Must be willing to become each client’s trusted risk management advisor and bring the entire World platform to each client (P&C, Employee Benefits, Retirement Plans, Wholesale, and Payroll and Human Resources outsourcing services)
- Must maintain all relevant insurance licenses from the first day of employment to be positioned to manage an existing book of business
