Job Summary

Identify, solicit, and close new Employee Benefits business for businesses and individuals, focusing on designing and delivering employee benefits programs (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and voluntary benefits) and leveraging World’s broader capabilities (commercial/personal lines, 401(k) retirement plans, payroll/HR outsourcing). Use cold calls, emails, networking, and professional associations to build a pipeline, qualify opportunities, and drive account growth. Engage with clients to uncover needs, present tailored benefit solutions, and guide the client through renewal workflows to retain and expand relationships. Demonstrate consultative, results-driven selling, strong written and verbal communication, and a proactive, customer-focused approach. Expected to work in a high-collaboration environment with the potential for base salary plus commissions, and a pathway to growth as the book of business expands.

Required Qualifications

  • 3-5 years+ experience in an insurance brokerage or carrier
  • experience with Employee Benefits and Sales software platforms such as BenefitPoint and CRM platforms like HubSpot
