Job Summary
Achieve territory sales targets and revenue growth objectives across the STI and EMID portfolios in Bhopal and nearby areas. Drive adoption of Soft Tissue Implants, Hernia Solutions, Sutures, and Intelligent Surgical Devices through clinical engagement and strategic account management. Provide operating theatre coverage, including product demonstrations and procedural support, while developing territory business plans aligned with regional growth. Build relationships with surgeons, key opinion leaders, and hospital administrators to increase product penetration and organize educational programs for customer engagement. Collect market intelligence to support business planning and ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- 4+ years experience
- Associate's Degree
- 2+ years experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience in Soft Tissue Implants, Hernia Solutions, Sutures, Surgical Stapling, Endo Mechanical Devices, or related surgical portfolios
- Experience supporting surgeons during surgical procedures
- Knowledge of implantable products, wound closure solutions, biologics, mesh products, or reconstructive therapies
- Experience managing complex hospital sales cycles involving product evaluations, clinical committees, and purchasing stakeholders
- Experience developing relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), medical associations, and Centres of Excellence
- Strong understanding of competitive hospital markets, surgical procedure workflows, and customer engagement strategies
- Experience in technical medical device sales or high-value capital equipment sales
- Relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences
- Compliance with all credentialing requirements at the hospitals or clinics they support
- Employment authorization confirmation via E-Verify
