Job Summary
Drive sales performance across the assigned territory to achieve revenue and market share objectives while building relationships with healthcare professionals and hospital stakeholders. Educate customers on clinical benefits of MiniMed insulin delivery solutions and provide product support during interactions. Develop territory business plans, pursue new business opportunities, and support tender preparation and pricing submissions. Maintain accurate account records and sales forecasts using approved systems. This role requires approximately 30% travel to Thiruvananthapuram, India, with a focus on promoting the newly separated Diabetes division.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 4+ years experience OR Associate's Degree AND 2+ years experience OR Bachelor's Degree
- Demonstrated experience achieving sales targets and managing customer accounts within an assigned territory
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
- Professional written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to travel up to 30% within the assigned territory
- Comply with all credentialing requirements at the hospitals or clinics they support
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years of medical device or pharmaceutical sales experience within the diabetes therapy area
- Experience supporting public hospitals, healthcare institutions, or government healthcare accounts
- Knowledge of insulin pump therapy, continuous glucose monitoring, or diabetes management solutions
- Experience participating in tender processes and commercial documentation activities
- Ability to analyze territory performance data and translate insights into business growth plans
