Job Summary
Sales Executive - Commercial Lines position focused on identifying, prospecting, cultivating, and closing new commercial clients across a broad platform of risk management solutions. Leverages corporate marketing support to move prospects through the sales funnel, tracks activities in HubSpot, and utilizes World’s resources to provide value via traditional commercial lines insurance, employee benefits, retirement plans, and payroll/HR outsourcing services. Candidates should have experience in selling commercial insurance, familiarity with insurance CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and agency management software (AMS360, Epic), and be able to present client pitches and build relationships as a trusted risk management advisor.
Required Qualifications
- Must have proven experience with a range of insurance solutions to bring value to clients
- Must become each client’s trusted risk management advisor and bring the entire World platform to each client (P&C, Employee Benefits, Retirement Plans, Wholesale, and Payroll and Human Resources outsourcing services)
- Must maintain all relevant insurance licenses from the first day of employment to be positioned to manage an existing book of business
