Job Summary
Identify, prospect, and cultivate new business, with a focus on commercial accounts. Engage in all sales and marketing tactics (with extensive corporate marketing support) to move prospects through your funnel to closing. Track all sales activities in HubSpot and leverage HubSpot to its fullest potential. Utilize World’s broad platform to bring risk management solutions to individuals and business owners, including traditional commercial lines insurance, high net worth / private client, employee benefits, human capital and payroll outsourcing services, and retirement financial services.
Required Qualifications
- Must have proven experience with a range of insurance solutions to bring value to clients
- Must be willing to become each client’s trusted risk management advisor and bring the entire World platform to each client (P&C, Employee Benefits, Retirement Plans, Wholesale, and Payroll and Human Resources outsourcing services)
- Must maintain all relevant insurance licenses from the first day of employment to be positioned to manage an existing book of business
- It is meaningful, but not mandatory, if you have: Sold commercial insurance for a top broker
- Used an insurance agency management software platform, like AMS360 and Epic, and have experience with a sales CRM (World uses HubSpot)
- Built and presented client “pitch decks” / presentations
