Job Summary
Identify, prospect, and cultivate new commercial accounts; engage in sales and marketing activities with strong corporate marketing support to move prospects through the funnel to closing; track sales activities in HubSpot and leverage the World platform to provide risk-management solutions across commercial lines, employee benefits, retirement plans, and payroll/HR outsourcing; maintain required insurance licenses from day one and utilize the World platform to address client needs across P&C, employee benefits, retirement plans, and related services.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience selling commercial insurance and a range of insurance solutions to clients
- Must maintain all relevant insurance licenses from day one of employment
- Ability to leverage HubSpot for sales activities and client relationship management
- Experience with or willingness to learn agency management software like AMS360 and Epic
- Ability to build and present client pitch decks and presentations
- Capability to bring the World platform across P&C, Employee Benefits, Retirement Plans, Payroll and HR outsourcing services
